Edit Word documents without leaving 10ninety

One of the key additions is a new in-page Word editor.

Previously, updating a Word document or contract could involve downloading the file, opening it separately, making changes and then uploading the revised version. The new editor allows users to review and update Word documents directly within 10ninety. This provides a more convenient way to manage contracts and letters, helping reduce the need to move between different applications.

Integrated credit checks

We've also introduced integrated pay-as-you-go soft credit checks through TransUnion. This gives agents the ability to access credit checks directly through the system, with checks available at £2 plus VAT each.

Bringing this functionality into 10ninety helps simplify the process of accessing additional applicant information during the lettings journey.

More flexibility with BACS payments

Financial administration is another area where flexibility is important.

We've added support for the Monzo BACS export format, giving agencies another option when preparing payment files.

Improved communication with guarantors

Managing tenancies often involves communicating with people beyond the tenant themselves. 

We've introduced an additional option to BCC guarantors on letting-level tenant emails. Providing agents with more flexibility when keeping relevant parties informed about tenancy-related correspondence.

More control over landlord statements

We've also introduced additional options for landlord statement filenames. Agents can now choose to include information such as the statement date and property address in relevant statement filenames.

This makes financial documents easier to identify, organise and retrieve, particularly when managing multiple properties and landlords.
