Make Property Enquiries Count: A Better Way to Manage New Leads
29/10/2026
Property enquiries are only valuable when they turn into useful conversations. If your team is spending time copying details from portal emails, checking whether a contact already exists or working out who should follow up, the process is creating avoidable admin that 10ninety can help with as your CRM.
Capture the details once
When website forms and portal leads feed into your agency software, your team has a clearer starting point. Registration emails can be sent automatically where configured to send those pre-qualification questions whilst their enquiry is fresh. Matching between incoming applications and existing contacts also reduces duplicate records.
Make follow-up easier
A New Registrations alert gives staff a central place to review new enquiries, book in viewings, run soft credit checks, and record notes as they process them. Think of this as your inbox for fresh leads: one place where you can see and manage everyone who’s just enquired. And because all the applicant’s information is right there in your alert, you can quickly spot the strong leads and move them forward. Use the Fail Screening button to set them to Inactive with a warning message if anybody attempts to add in a viewing or a new letting to avoid any accidents.
Build a repeatable process
Software works best when it supports a clear team process. For example, ask us to enable auto-assign for lead staff on new incoming leads: this assigns the lead to the lead staff member of the property they are enquiring about. Remove any confusion for staff on who they should be following up with by filtering the alert for those assigned to them.
Put it into practice
