10ninety Ltd uses certain sub-processors to assist it in providing its services.

What is a sub-processor?

A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by 10ninety, who has or potentially will have access to or process data (which may contain Personal Data). 10ninety engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the table below.

Due Diligence

10ninety undertakes to use a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed sub-processors that will or may have access to or process client data.

Contractual Safeguards

10ninety requires its subprocessors to satisfy equivalent obligations as those required from 10ninety (as a Data Processor) as set forth in 10ninety's Terms & Conditions clause 5.4

Sub-processors
